Conditions

Neither Camelot Riding School cc., its members, any of its instructors or other members accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage that the pupil or property of the pupil may sustain whilst engaged in any activity and the client, pupil or anybody connected to the pupil waives any right to claim compensation against Camelot Riding School cc., its members, any of its instructors or other members in respect of any loss, injury or damage incurred whilst engaged in any activity organized by Camelot Riding School cc. howsoever, whether as a result of negligence or otherwise.

All monthly fees are to be paid in advance before the seventh of each month. As there is a strict “payment in advance” policy, interest will be charged on overdue accounts. If it so happens that the account is handed over for collection, a fee of twenty percent of the outstanding amount will be charged. Discounts offered, are only given if all fees are paid up in full.

Lessons must be cancelled at least one day in advance; missed lessons are otherwise forfeited.  Lessons cancelled in time are to be caught up at another convenient time within one month.  It is up to the client/pupil to make sure that those lessons are made up.  Lessons cancelled on the day cannot be caught up without exception.

Lessons do continue, regardless of the weather conditions. If the weather is too adverse to ride in, theory lessons are given.

The riding school is closed on public holidays and for a short period over Christmas and New Year, so the lessons on those days will fall away.

To cancel this agreement and discontinue lessons, one (calendar) months’ written notice from the first of the month is required.

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE UNDERSTANDS THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREES TO ABIDE BY IT.
